Extension to a private residential property.

The existing extensive mock Tudor property is situated in Wetherby. The client wished to renovate and extend the existing property to provide a more efficient layout and extended living space. The client had strong ideas with regards to design influence, wanting an open plan style of living throughout the house, and strong modern influences for the extension.

Taking the brief we successfully attained planning permission for an extension that reclaimed previously unused space in the grounds. The proposal integrated with the existing building whilst providing the modern style that the client was looking for.
