Existing 1960's steel framed structure located in Thorner, East Leeds.

Brief was to redevelop the existing building which is situated on a hillside with fantastic views over a valley. Due to its location within the green belt, the proposal focused on extending the existing steel framed building above and below entrance ground level. The design entails extensive steel work and glazing to provide uninterrupted views and timber cladding to help incorporate the building into its woody setting. Also enclosed within the new building is to be an office space into which the business will move once completed.

I have been fortunate enough to be involved in the usual aspects of the project but also lending my hand to some steel work construction and large concrete pours.
