Full remodeling of a newly purchased 17th century cottage in Linton near Wetherby.
Extension
"Garden Rooms" which encompasses : a Day Room, Dining Room, Utility Room and Bedrooms/Office.
Renovations
First Floor : Bedrooms, Bathrooms & En-suites, and a new dressing room.
Ground Floor : Kitchen, Snug Room, Cinema Room, Hall & Stairs.

The client's brief stipulated a sensitive approach to the existing building whilst requiring a more "modern" style of living. The scheme consisted of opening up the cramped dark rooms into large open plan living spaces which provided views of the excellent cottage garden.
