East Leeds branch of a Commercial Veterinary Surgery
Existing end terrace building situated in Crossgates.
The brief:
* To renovate the existing building from its current form, a complex warren of rooms & corridors, into a unified coherent surgery setting using the existing and neighboring property.
* To provide a clear division between public and private areas, whilst allowing the cross flow of staff, animals and customers between the two.
* A separate entrance and 2 dwellings to be located on the upper floors of the neighboring property. This will provide a secondary form of income making the purchase of the new property viable.
The project has been granted planning permission and the company is currently attempting to purchase the neighboring property to take the scheme to the next phase.
My Involvement:
* Full internal and external survey of both properties.
* Client Consultations
* Planning Consultations
* Attended Neighborhood Consultations
