A renovation and extension of an existing house in Adel, Leeds.

The original brief was to take the existing property and provide the client with their ideal home by extending to the rear of the property. The brief included an interior design scheme for every room as well as the proposed extension.

On successful completion of the project the house was sold and the new owner contacted the firm expressing their pleasure with the quality of the work they had inherited to the extent that they appointed us to refine the design, removing some of the more specialised elements, such as the chilled wine room, and implement a "family based design" within the property.
