Welcome to my online C.V. & Mini Portfolio.

I am an Architectural Part 2 in search of new challenges and further professional development. I am currently employed as the lead Architectural Assistant to the Managing Director of PD Associates, an
architectural firm based in the village of Thorner in West Yorkshire. We specialise in high quality housing renovations and education, however as you can see from my experience information, I have extensive involvement within many sectors.

After my undergraduate degree my interests heavily resided within design, however the three years
employment at my current practice has allowed me to develop my skills and confidence in the variety of fields within the profession. I have been fortunate to play a key role in the design process, which remains to be an area that I thoroughly enjoy. I have also taken on the responsibility of developing the technical and design detailing of all of the firm’s projects. This development has increased my knowledge within the technical field, and enabled me to achieve a Merit classification for my Graduate Diploma Architectural Technology Module.

My other main duties involve: Building Surveys; Planning Applications; Building Regulations; Tender Documents and Site Inspections. I have an active role within all elements of a project and I am always open to new challenges and opportunities to extend this experience further.

I have developed excellent working relationships with others, including my current Managing Director and outside consultants. I have a strong sense and respect for the line of command, whilst always willing to offer an opinion where appropriate, and consider the points of view of others. I take everything in my stride with a "Can Do" attitude.
